- Consultation form details: skin concerns, routine, health-related questionnaire responses provided by you.
- Subscription details: name (optional) and email address.
- Technical data: device token for push notifications (master/admin device only).
2. How We Use Your Data
- To manage appointments and confirm/reschedule bookings.
- To prepare personalised treatment and consultation plans.
- To send relevant updates when you subscribe.
- To operate and secure website functionality.
3. Legal Basis (UK GDPR)
- Contract: processing required to provide booked services.
- Consent: consultation details and newsletter subscription.
- Legitimate interests: service quality, booking administration, fraud prevention.
4. Data Storage and Processors
Data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore/Functions/Hosting). Booking alerts may be sent through Telegram integrations configured by the practice. We only use service providers necessary for website and booking operations.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. TaSama does not receive your full card details.
If you choose Accept in the cookie banner, Google Analytics helps us understand visits and booking requests. Microsoft Clarity is used on public information pages to help us understand how the site is used. Clarity recordings are disabled on booking, consultation and gift-voucher pages. Analytics is not loaded on private booking, consent or client-record pages.
Optional analytics cookies are not loaded when you choose Decline. Booking and consultation forms remain available.
5. Data Retention
- Booking and consultation records are kept only as long as operationally needed or required by law.
- Newsletter subscription data is stored until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
6. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and you may withdraw consent at any time for consent-based processing.
