Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed after approval by TaSama. Please wait for confirmation before travel.
2. Rescheduling and Cancellation Window
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Changes can be requested via booking confirmation contact channel or by phone.
3. Late Cancellation and No-Show
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as late cancellation.
- No-shows or repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.
4. Late Arrival
- If you arrive late, treatment time may be shortened to protect the next client slot.
- Full treatment fee may still apply when the slot cannot be fully delivered due to late arrival.
5. Illness and Safety
If you feel unwell, please inform us as early as possible so we can rearrange your appointment safely.
6. Packages and Gift Cards
- Package sessions and gift cards are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Sessions can be rescheduled within policy terms while validity remains active.
