What makes your approach different from a standard facial?
I work from diagnosis first: barrier function, reactivity level, trigger mapping and recovery capacity. Every step is chosen for your specific skin state, not from a generic protocol menu.
Do you use aggressive procedures for faster results?
No. I follow minimal effective intervention. Over-treatment often damages the barrier and creates unstable results. My goal is measurable progress that your skin can sustain.
Can I start with a package, or should I have a consultation first?
If your skin is stable and goals are clear, a package can be selected immediately. If you are unsure, have sensitivity, acne, redness or conflicting products, start with consultation first.
When should I expect visible results?
Some improvements are immediate (comfort, hydration, puffiness). Structural changes like texture, tone balance and lines typically require a planned series over several weeks.
Do you also build home-care routines?
Yes. In-clinic work and home-care are designed together. You get practical product logic, not random shopping lists, so your results continue between appointments.
Is this treatment suitable for men?
Absolutely. Skin health is not gendered. I work with men and women equally – whether it's post-shave irritation, stress-related tension, acne or signs of ageing. Every protocol is designed around your individual skin biology.
What should I expect during my first visit?
We begin with a diagnostic consultation: I'll assess your skin's condition, discuss your concerns and goals. Based on this analysis, I'll design your treatment in real time. Please arrive 5 minutes early for your first visit.
What should I bring?
Nothing! Just yourself. I provide everything needed for your treatment. Feel free to arrive with or without makeup – it's entirely up to you.
How often should I book?
It depends on your skin goals. For active treatment of specific concerns, I typically recommend every 2–4 weeks. For maintenance, monthly or seasonal visits work well. We'll establish the right rhythm during your consultation.
Can I combine Neurotris with manual massage work?
Yes, in selected cases. Neurotris can complement manual techniques to support tone, circulation and contour definition when clinically appropriate for your skin and goals.
Can I book a treatment as a gift?
Absolutely! You can buy a gift card online from £25 for any treatment or custom amount. Gift cards are valid for 12 months.
