What makes your approach different from a standard facial?
We begin by discussing your skin, routine and what you would like help with. I then choose suitable products and treatment steps for your appointment.
Do you use aggressive procedures for faster results?
I choose treatment steps with your skin’s tolerance and comfort in mind. Please tell me about the products you use and any recent treatments before we begin.
Can I start with a package, or should I have a consultation first?
We can discuss suitable options at your first appointment. Please ask about current package availability and prices before buying.
When should I expect visible results?
How your skin responds depends on its condition and the treatment. We will discuss what to expect before we begin; results vary from person to person.
Do you also build home-care routines?
Yes. Tell me which products you currently use. I can help you choose a routine that suits your skin and explain how to use the products.
Is this treatment suitable for men?
Yes. Men and women are welcome. If shaving leaves your skin uncomfortable, mention it at your consultation so I can take it into account.
What should I expect during my first visit?
We begin with a skin consultation to discuss your concerns, current routine and goals. Your treatment is then tailored to your skin’s needs and comfort. Please arrive 5 minutes early for your first visit.
What should I bring?
It helps to know which skincare products you use and whether you have had any recent treatments. You can arrive with or without make-up.
How often should I book?
We can agree how often to book based on your skin, the treatment you choose and your goals.
Can I combine Neurotris with manual massage work?
Sometimes. We will discuss whether PicoToner, facial massage or another treatment step is suitable for your chosen appointment.
Can I book a treatment as a gift?
Yes. You can buy a gift voucher online for an amount or treatment of your choice. Gift vouchers are valid for three calendar months from purchase.
